Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances, given the unique and personalized nature of our products. Each batch of cookies is meticulously baked fresh to order, tailored to meet the individual preferences of our valued customers. Your understanding of our policy is sincerely appreciated.
DAMAGED/LOST GOODS
While we diligently ensure the utmost care in handling your cookies and take preventive measures to minimize any potential damages before dispatch, please be advised that once picked up or dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any damages. Additionally, we would like to inform you that we are not liable for postal delays or lost packages, as postage is at your own risk. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.Â
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING POLICY
During busy holiday periods, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive on your selected delivery date due to potential delays with Australia Post and/or internal delays. However, we will do our absolute best to honour your chosen delivery date.
Please note that while we guarantee your parcel will arrive before Christmas Day, no refunds will be issued for delays caused by postal services or other unforeseen circumstances.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
NO CHANGE OF MIND-Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
CREDITS- In the event of a cancellation due to exceptional circumstances, store credits may be issued at our discretion. These credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
